In an Instagram story Britney spears shared a photo of her bruised foot on 9 September. The Pop Star who is 39 years old wrote in the story “OUCH guys, I stepped on a nail guess I nailed!!!”. Spears, 39, shared her wounds after sharing a skin-baring picture and video of herself in not anything however a black thong, displaying off her toned bottom.

She wrote with her first cheeky post, “Here’s my ass!!!!” The singer’s follow-up video carried a forceful message in response to those who accused her of censoring her buttocks.

“Here’s a video to prove that this is truly my ass!!!!” She captioned a video of herself holding her breasts in front of a mirror. “There are no filters or make-ups… it’s the real deal!!!!” She also made a snide remark about photographers: “PSSSS I use a selfie stick, and It CONTINUES TO STAY UP… IT DOESN’T RESPOND… It’s also EXTREMELY RELIABLE!!!”. In the midst of her ongoing conservatorship battle with her estranged father, Jamie Spears, the Grammy winner has been heating up her Instagram grid with semi-nude images over the past few months.

The older Spears, 69, submitted a petition on Tuesday to remove the conservatorship that has governed his famous daughter’s life for more than 13 years, according to Page Six.

Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew S. Rosengart, said in an assertion to Page Six, “This filing alerts another lawful victory for Britney Spears – a chief one — in addition to vindication for Ms. Spears.” Spears described her conservatorship as “abusive” and voiced her wish to charge her father with “conservatorship abuse” during her court appearance on June 23. According to multiple reports, Jamie was concerned about Britney’s mental health as recently as August, when her canines were taken away by her house staff due to concerns that they were being mistreated.

She also alarmed several followers when she simultaneously shared many topless photographs and videos on her Instagram account.

According to those close to Jamie, he was anxious that his daughter’s position was deteriorating, not improving, and that if the conservatorship was lifted, her situation would deteriorate even more.

He allegedly blamed her personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery, for Britney’s supposed state, claiming that she is more concerned with keeping her position than with stabilizing the singer.

Jamie allegedly told those close to him, “She’ll never get out of the conservatorship,” though he was only expressing his anxieties, not threatening to keep her under his control eternally.

One source told the publication, ‘He understands how mentally ill his daughter is and has honestly tried to protect her.’ These alleged private talks contrast with his filing, in which he claimed that Britney was ready to reclaim control of her finances for the first time since the conservatorship was imposed in 2008.

Britney’s father apparently feels there’s a reason her lawyer Mathew Rosengart hasn’t filed to dissolve her conservatorship yet, and that if he files to end it himself, he’ll compel Rosengart to join him, jeopardizing Britney’s chances.
